nah they wont fit...i just wanted to post them b/c they are gorgeous...i dont believe they even come in the correct bolt pattern...much less offset...4x100, 5x100, and 5x120 are the only sizes i saw...of course it was a German site so they only listed fitments for German cars...

I dont think having a big lip on the evo is possible with the brembos, unless it would stick out a couple inches, and have some wide *** tires. Would look sick though.

staggered wheels on an AWD car is a big no-no . it causes wear on your differential bearings and wears down the gears faster. if you don't mind paying someone an assload to change them out then go for it. if you do it yourslef,i hope you know how to check pinion depth, gear conatact and backlash.and you'll need a press... do i think i am some kind of a mechanic or something? nope, just a wyotech student that just got out of driveline class with a 94% and some certifications

huh.....good to know... i didnt know that.. im guessing this is for example if the fronts are 18x9 and rears are 19x10's right??...

what if ther 18x9.5 all the way around but the offset.. is off by a mm or 2?... same size .. same weight... same width...
b/c thats what i was goin for by staggered i was goin for larger lip in rear b/c the calipers are smaller it would let me go w/ a different face.. ie. Volk offers Super high type to low..

im no tech.. nor have i gone to school and by no means am i certified to work on cars...but.. simple logic.. would lead me to believe this only applies if the wheels that are drasticly off by weight ..

correct me if im wrong.. again.. just a hypothesis

damn it what i just typed got erased...well let me try to remeber what i just said.....
basically you can run a semi staggered set up when it comes to offset and width , but not wheel or tire size. and it's the opposite of what you guys want, wider rim up front. for ex:17x9 et53 front and 17x8.5 et 48 rear with 255's all around is a great set up for my car. nto sure what offsets you guys need... the extra width is made up by the increased offset in the rear, balancing out the sizes. this is something cusco does in alot of their cars to eliminate understeer. basically you have to have the same wheel and tire size, even the same tread pattern at all corners on an AWD car or 4x4 vehicle

correct, you do not want to run a staggered setup on an AWD car...however, i understood it that as long as the contact patch on all 4 wheels were the same, and the diameter of the tires were the same, there shouldnt be any problems...

so, for those who desire it (i dont really understand why, but...) can run an inch wider wheel in the back and maintain the same tire size all around and not have any problems...i could be wrong though

I guess Porsche and Lambo engineers are idiots then because they use a staggered setup on the AWD Murcielago, and the AWD 911 Turbo, AWD 911 C4, just to name a few.....

yes, but arent those cars predominantly RWD?? Completely different drivetrain

whereas on the evo it is a 50:50 even distribution of tq so there is no need for the added traction of wider tires in the rear...Your ACD will be trying to compensate for the traction in the rear and will be constantly working, correct?? Again, I am not 100% sure...but I do know increased understeer is not something that i want anyways
