how do i take it off? mine came with that OEM carbon fibre one and i want to put the leather one back on. how do i take it off?

 

one that unit the should be an allen set screw....take that out and pull... hard. Interested in selling the CF one

nono, i have the leather one also, its just that i have the shift knob too, and its really really hot down here, so the shift knob gets burning hot and so i changed it to the leather one, so im just going to go ahead and put the leather hand brake on also. thanks for the info.

you mean the entire handbrake? or just the handle portion? i can tell you how to change the entire thing if thats what you want to know, but im not sure of how to do just the handle.

Yeah there's definitely two screws, one on each side of the top portion of the handbrake, that you can use an allen wrench to get out. Then put a little elbow grease in it and pull real hard.
