3m has shown the best results on my car, when i bought it new I bought it with scratches in the paint for a reduced price. We tried everything including a buffer, also the meguires mirror glaze products as there is a mirror glaze near by my home. The 3m perfect it, and imperial hand glaze worked the best. The hand glaze is nice for shows where concealing even the smallest scratches is important I dont show my car but every now and then I like it to look like I do. Most napa stores carry the 3m products or can get them for you. Also if you get the glaze get it on and off as quickly as possible its not like wax the longer you let it sit the more it'll make life a living hell to get off LOL.

yup i have a friend working for a cadillac dealer for over 10 years, they use nothing but 3m products and I have seen the results before. They have great products.
now, EZ with hi speed or "power" buffers! use an electric polisher first if you dont know how to use a hi speed buffer.

I agree, you can end up doing more damage to the paint! I learned my lesson the hard way.
