What exactly is the "concept" part of this design?

They stole the wing from a Civic...or even the SRT-4.
They stole the hood from a previous Evo series.
They stole the bumper from...well, I don't know but I hope they have a reciept.

Here's a concept...Be creative. It's an Evo, damnit!

Dude, What the F*ck are you talking about??????? That wing is from their WRC (World Rally Championship) Lancer. As for the hood, I guess they are trying different approaches with styling, can't blame them for trying to save a few bucks by using parts bin stuff, I mean it's not like they are doing exceptionally well financially. The front bumper is definitely a lil different, not sure what to think of it

 

Maybe if the car was lowered a bit?!?!? Kinda cool....I think the wing would look better moved more toward the rear, that might defeat the design of it thought...hmmm

 

Yeah, um,, the wing is definately Mitsu's WRC wing...I mean c'mon, who can ever beat the size of Mitsu wings ? The hood is a GT-A hood and the front is also a toned down WRC bumper.

Yeah...I was in a mood. That's cool that you guys called me out on it. Thanks for not being too harsh. It's just more subtle than I'm used to and it deletes some of the features that the modern Evo is known for.

 

uh...well if you ask me the whole damn car in evo8 trim looked like a 00 Accord to me...but that front bumper and wing are definately taken from the WRC lancer. The front bumper is a civilized version of the WRC bumper for sure if you look at the picture here...

i think its not that bad of a front bumper...i'd get it for track its not too big produces the downforce needed and has sufficient cooling.

I like it...it's the Mitsu electric rally car isn't it? so it doesn't need the vents in the hood (hence the GT-A style hood) the bumper doesn't need the ducts again because there's nothing behind it, and the bumper style and rear wing are obviously paying tribute to the WRC (since technically this is also a rally car)...you can even see the rollcage in it

I think it's mad hot, and definitely the sexiest electric car ever made

 

That car proly has solar panels and the new moss covered recaros..haha
