Wow, if I walked outside and saw someone doing that I would kick the crap out of them so bad. I'm not even a fighting person but if I caught them red handed I wouldn't be able to resist, unless they weren't a skinny punk kid...then I would probably just get in the car and run them over since I AM a skinny little kid.
