Finally!! my GT35R setup is done ( dyno numbers coming tomorrow)

Just got back from the dyno it put down 403 whp and 300wtq. I'm happy with the numbers since we went with a conservative tune and I was shooting for 400 so thats where we stopped. Boost was at 21 lbs sorry for the delay guys, havent had anytime to take pics. All fabwork including the custom manifold was done by Tony Palo of T1 Race Development. I go to the dyno tomorrow afternoon so we'll see how everything worked out. (wish me luck!!)
T4 GT35R
cusom Tony1 fabbed exhaust manifold
TiAl 44mm waste
TiAl 50 mm BOV
custom 3 inch downpipe
large precision FMIC with custom endtanks

Custom IC piping
GM 3 bar map sensor
GM IAT
GM boost solenoid
AEM EMS (converted to MAP)
precision 1000cc injectors
ARP headstuds
HKS 272 cams
quaife LSD
exedy clutch
fidanza flywheel
battery relocated to the trunk

that looks really really nice, i'm just wondering if there is any problem with the piping going from the cold side of the intercooler to the TB getting really really really hot from it being so close above the turbo. It seems that extreme heat would rise up and heat that charge going into the manifold in A LOT.

I was wondering that too but I've gotten on it and then popped the hood and the charged pipe stays incredibly cool despite being over the turbo. The manifold was made by Tony Palo of T1 Race Development here in Dallas

dont you think that the hotside pipe is too close to the fan and the radiator overflow tube? you should exhaust wrap it.

I've been running it pretty hard on the street tune we did and have had absolutely no problems. the 321 stainless dissipates heat very well

it does sound really nice. I also dumped the wastegate back into the downpipe so it sounds extremely clean and all you hear is the turbo spooling. I'm only on 14lbs until I hit the dyno tomorrow, I cant wait to hear it on 20+ lbs.

Quick Reply: Finally!! my GT35R setup is done ( dyno numbers coming tomorrow)
