Anyone know what it might cost me to paint my evo a nice metallic yellow color? I love the Lightning Yellow but i want to be even more original and turn more heads lol. Also if anyone has any pics of their evo with a paintjob other than stock would you mind posting em up?

 

turn more heads?.... you might not be completely satisfied with the outcome of the color, its still a gamble imo and might just look weird if it doesnt come out right, unless you spend mega bucks on a nice paint job. Save the money and get wider fenders, that will make your car stand out more.

would run u 5k and up depending on color too

 

Changing the color is money, have to change the color on the door jams, trunk, and the engine bay = isnt easy or cheap. I would go with what was stated and do the fenders and a nice offset (and color) set of rims to turn heads.

But if u did go that route its atleast 5k for a nice job.

 

so how much would it be to repaint the car in the same factory color.. The factory RR sucks... I went a real deep rich RR that actually has a clear coat!

hahaha yes it would cost "at least" 5k for a "good" paint job...or you can go to maaco and get one for a couple hundred, but also have your paint chip a couple hundred miles later.

 

Or you could always do the "my buddy knows this guy who knows this guy who paints cars in his garage." for a couple hundred
