Removing Wing

Well, after searching: "Taking Wing Off", "Removing Wing" "Wing", "Trunk"... I couldn't find anything about taking the wing off.. and it seems to me there should be stuff out there...maybe I just didn't search the right term?

However... how is the process to take the wing off? Is it a pain? What has to be done?

ok man it is easy all you have to do is open the trunk. remove the two rubber pieces on both sides of the lid and u will see a nut remove those two nuts and then if u look further down there are 2 more nuts but no rubbe just the nuts and remove them 2. U will have 2 bolts that remain. close the trunk and be careful but pull the wing viola!!!

A little bit of heat for the double sided tape works as well!

heat and an xacto knife, pulling could warp metal or tear paint a bit.

OK you grab the wing with two hands, put your feet on the bumper the yank really quickly! That should do it if your not stealing it then pop the trunk and follow the above written instructions... Best of luck!

Yea, well I may wanna put my wing back on in the future, so I don't think that'd be a good idea for me.

before that i went to a sign shop and got some gloss finish vinyl. it costs like a dollar a foot so it's a really cheap way to have something that from 3 feet you can't even tell is there
