Dumped on my own wing
I did a Stoopie -Doo. In trying to remove a minor surface scratch from my rear wing I used some too coarse sandpaper and proceeded to create a blemish that looks like a dull cloud on the surface of the wing?
Is there a remedy for this? Can I use a 1200 wet paper to get it out. I tried with some 3M hand swirl remover and a cloth but no luck. Any suggestions?

try to get some kind of wax or something see if it makes a diferance, if u still see lines, get the finest grit sand paper and wet sand it till it feels/ looks even. then rewax, if unsuccessful, ull sand to far into the cf it will mess up the surface of the stitching and look poo poo. ... Be careful cuz once u screw that **** up its toast, unless u wanna deal with a odd ball looking spot. ill have one for sale soon, i bought another evo its gonna be here saturday let me know its Blue.
Is it on the CF part or the Painted Part, if its on the CF just Wax it, if its on the Paint Lightly compound and then wax it. A body guy will love this job cause thats what he is gonna do, and he will charge you like 250 for it.

use 2000grit w/water then some light compound. work the compound softly and follow up with some polish.. that will bring it back to life. don't forget to pertect it with a nice coat of wax or sealent.
I did the same when I reclear coated my wing, of course I wet sanded gradually down to 2000 grit and used some wax on it after the painting process and it went away. It had this weird burnt smell to it on that area.
