The UK ralliart is different than the ones we have here though, so it could very well be true. The 02-03s will always struggle to make power, but the ralliart was a more thoughout product to be released for non EVO drivers. Not riding you just trying to keep everyone from being hostile. I mean he could be exaggeratind a little, but he may not be. Props for his car looking sick anyway. And one more thing for everyone else, who cares how fast your car really is? When gas goes bac down to around $1 then you can really go all out, but It doesn't matter! None of us need speedingtickets anyway.

Like others have said, don't let the negative peeps keep you down. There are a lot of members here who feel the EVO is the mightiest car on the road and have very shallow, insecure mentalities. Best of luck to you and your car.

There is no way he can afford an EVO so STOP it with the stupid if he used all that money modding the car he could've gotten an EVO.
Evo insurance for me: £4000 a year ($8000)
Lancer Insurance for me £600 a year ($1200)
Lancer is cheap (£7000) and the Evo is so expensive (£35,000) to buy.

I live in the UK for years, people in the USA automaticly assume that spending all that much money on a car to make it look like an Evo is a waste, little they know how astronomical the insurance is for the Evos and how much more expensive the Evos are in the UK more than the USA not to mention also how much more expensive the gas(petrol) is in the UK.

AWESOME RIDE BRO. Yea the evo owners get mad if us reg lancer try make it look like an evo, but u have the somewhat performance aspect to back it up. First of all clean and nice, it looks mad good. U got the performance. AND the RRM turbo is high underestimated- 260 bhp with us weight less than 3k pds ( we can def pull). The exterior is excellent. I accept this cause its clean and looks good and has the performance.

i was going to do this too, show my evo 8 conversion kit here,on my ralliart, with a big IC just to see if the evo owners could tell the difference. so... this thread started out with negetive comments. but now ,after "5" pages, so far, i think they finally came around ,well maby,or i was just going to soak my money into a subaru sti and save myself these flames because they sell the sti in canada and sti owners are just the same as evo owners if you don't have their car you ain't **** to them.but i do like being the only mitsu owner at auto x so i will see. heres the money difference $23,000 plus $15,000 for aftermarket parts but will only give you a turboed, lowered frount wheel drive car for a grand total of $38000 or and sti for $45,000 what would you do evo owners?
