JDM Flush - 18x9.5 +15s :)
I had posted in another thread that I'd tried out the 18x9.5s on my car.
My friend who actually owns the wheels decided to purchase an Evo 9 SE a couple of months ago and wanted to use this fitment for STREET and TRACK. He decided to fitted a set of 245/40 Azenis RT-615s. After rolling the rear fender and doing a slight pull, this set up does NOT RUB AT ALL when lowered to the fender line! This is not a garage queen - he will be running the car at Thunderhill this week and probably be at many up coming track days as well.
So to everyone who said it couldn't be done with bigger rubber
- Here it is. Clean and no need for ugly body kits.
On to the pics!

Hmm, Falkens website has this tire measuring 9.8 inches, Toyo T1R's in the same size are 9.6 inches. Falken 265/35/18 are 10.7 inches and T1R's in the same size are 10.5 inches. Never seen a 260 width.
