Can i acheive something similar to this look with a 245/40/18 tire on a 18x9.5 +38 offset with spacers and some fender work?
Or do i want to go with a +15 offset and roll the fenders?

Enkei RPF1 18x9.5 5x114.3 +15offset.
Tire size: 245/40/18s
Rear fenders are rolled and pulled slightly.

IIRC the camber is set at around -2 or -3 in the rear.
If you plan on running 265+ sized tires, I suggest you should go with slight higher offset with stock fender setup
Gram Lights 57 Maximum or Optimize offer very nice aggressive offset for EVOs. Still require fender rolling and pulling a bit.
I usually recommend my customers to go with 18x9.5 +22s
+15 if you are going with Voltex or any other wide fender mods.
Hope this helps!
