The early cars were loaded with all the good stuff that late cars come with.
power mirrors, plus power folding for tight parking.
power windows, one touch driver window.
one touch power sunroof.
digital climate control.
intercooler sprayer, manual.
infrared remote entry on key.
close ratio gearbox, with lsd rear and center, front lsd was optional.
double syncro 2,3,and 4
curb weight fully loaded 2820lbs. non sunroof cars were 75 less.
prolly more I am forgetting. fantastic cars really. specially if you can pic one up for less than 10k.

what kind of numbers are both of you putting down? i'd love to drive that thing.
I've never taken the car to the tracks...Just got it a few weeks ago and besides, the tracks here is only insured for the 1/8th mile and not setup properly so it will just be an estimation if anything on your "times". Also, we actually just had a dyno brought onto the island last month and is only setup for real wheel drive cars!!!!!!!! Hopefully they can cater to us AWD cars soon

Nice cars. I'm going to your place for a ride some day Krish. Ha, some of my girl friends are going to the Bahamas this Summer.

Sounds good man! Which part??? I'm in Nassau! Summer rocks here

Yeah...I have all of those options you listed besides the sunroof. Love the intercooler sprayer. I need to poit it outwards for dogs that like to take a pee on your car

As for the price, believe it or not, you can buy them for $5,000 in Japan. The car came from here http://www.hasnihon.com/ You'll have to sign up (for free) to view the cars, but just look at some of the prices. Some are in good shape while others not so well. Here is a place to convert the Yen to USD http://www.oanda.com/converter/classic?user=easysurf I've seen RX-7 TT for under $4000 and 300 zx's for under $2,000. There are also a few other sites I frequent as well. This site you can look at one pic ofmost of the cars without signing up, but you will need to sign up to view all of the cars and see all the pics. Some nice Evo's here http://www.japan-partner.com/

Thanks again for the nice comments!

nice...
Thanks! I'm going to post pics tomorrow of the new replacement muffler if my buddy at the muffler shop can squeeze it in to install it. It's got the burnt tip look! Really cool, free flowing muffler with a 3 inch inlet like the like the rest of the exhaust which came straight in from Japan. Basically a HKS style muffler
