Since i have the car in the garage i decided to install some of the DEI products i got...

Especially the summer under-hood tempratures can go sky high especially when driving the car in traffic...

I may have hidden my amazing looking Nisei upper intercooler pipe but i prefer performance instead of show!

To tell you the truth it doesn't look that bad! it reminds me the WRC cars which use similar products!

Until now i covered the turbo intake pipe, the upper intercooler pipe and i will cover some of the wiring when i receive the rest of the products...











The Sun Hyper Ingition was installed before but never posted pictures... Easy installation and the car feels much smoother especially off boost!

sometimes, your under hood temp is lower than the pipe temperature. especially when you are in high speed and high rpm.

 

Not sure what looks uglier.. The wrapping on the pipes or the 3 ft extension tube for the bov Is there no clean way of wrapping those pipes?

 

well the the bov pipe i cannot do anything except when i remove it and install a tial bov! maybe it looks augly but it works like a charm!

now for the wrapping this is actually a test fit. i will make it fit better and i get all the products i ordered... i drove this morning to work. regular traffic, traffic lights, stop and go... when i parked the car i touched the pipe and it was almost cold like before i left the house! For me thats more important.... better go than show!
