Wondering what people thought of these two different tire sizes on these 17x9 Gram Lights 57maximum wheels. I'm leaning towards sticking with the 245/45-17 series as they look hardcore.

get some 255s

 

Do you think 255/40-17s would fit without any issues? The 245/45-17s have a slight rub on large bumps. Anyone have pics of 255/40-17 on a +22 offset wheel?

do you rub in the back or fronT?

I would try and do a 255 tire, and if u can, roll the rear fenders.

255/40/17 will not rub.... reason you're rubbing with those 245/45/17 is because that tire is taller then 235/45/17... 255/40/17 are a bit shorter but much wider

i run 255/40/17 on my stockers and they feel great

 

How much do those wheels cost?

Love the wheels, Deff go with bigger tires.

 

i like the look of the 235/45/17s better but yeah go with 255/40/17s
