I really don't get why someone would post a picture like that? Are you jealous that the Vette is a superior sportscar? Nevermind the fact that it's $50,000, it's still is a great car. Immaturity is the way in which I view that photo. It would make more sense if it was a Mustang or an SRT-4 giving the finger. Oh well, some people give us mature guys a bad rep...

I'm thinking of getting a C6 and trading in my Evo actually... Too bad they don't make snow tires for them, or I wouldn't just be thinking about it... I'd hate to find myself into a wall during a snow storm.

Any C6 owners have anything to say about that?

 

I just whipped that pic together in like five minutes and I really didn't care all that much to research the MSRP on a C6.

 

On a road course: Corvette > Evo


On a mountain road: Evo > Corvette


Almost like saying my dirtbike is better than your streetbike.

The Evo can be very fast on a road course as we have seen with the Hypermax Evo. I'm sure someone has thrown some knobby tires on a corvette along with some other **** and ran it up pikes peak pretty F-ing fast too. The corvette was never designed to see dirt roads. The Evo, however, was designed to be fast on many different surface conditions, thats why I bought one. I'm done.

 

Any evo above 25 of age would take z06 over an evo in a second. Watch american lemans once. And you'll love vetts so much you'll wanna get one. . No doubt its one hell of a car but comparing the 2 is off. Some people compare s2k to evo

How? S2k is pure n/a.
Evo is 4dawd turbo.

Thieer both in same price range. Would you tell the guy he made a bad purchase? Who knows. They say topless coupe 2 seater is the ultimate sports car. Does that mean an evo is not?

The Evo is not even in the same league as a Corvette Z06. I mean that's why they have different Classes for competition like FR, MR,FF,FAWD ect ect. Also there are separations for engine sizes as well. Evo's main Rival is the Sti and it was designed for Rally Courses. While the Corvette is more for a skilled driver, But most Corvette owners are older people who don't even know how to drive their car's.
In my opinion the Evo is a good car for a person to learn how to drive a Car, and beat on it, and learn how to take it to the limit, and then move on to another platform. It's comparing a 27K to 70-80K. I am just now barely 21 years old if I could of afforded a C6 Z06 believe me I would've gotten one in a heart beat. The Evo is good enough for now it's cheap and can perform.
