I recently purchased a CF lip from JDP Engineering (Great Price). DHL had some issues with the package and it was delayed by two days, not JDP's fault. I got the package today and when I un-packed it I realized that it had a huge crack right down the middle of the Lip.
Now here is where this story gets good..... I left a message on the voicemail of John at JDP telling him the situation, I also took a few pictures and emailed them to him. Within minutes he had called me back to let me know he was sending a new unit to me to replace the one that was broken. He also stated that he was going to file a claim with DHL and that I would not have to worry about anything.
****** This is exceptional customer service ******** with some many vendors just wanting to get your money and not really care about taking care of the customer it is great to find one that is not like that..... I highly recommend JDP Engineering to anyone looking for a LIP for their EVO.....
If you have had a good experience with JDP then post up and spread the word for a great vendor......

But it wasn't a problem for me to install Jdp's evo VIII lip. Yea, he could've predrilled em for you like everybody else but to ensure a PERFECT fit, its much better if you drill the holes yourself while having a friend squeeze that lip against your bumper. You can also do it yourself if you just put a towel on the floor and face your front bumper face down (you'd have to take the bumper off if you do it yourself imo. And it completely replaces the front lip btw.
