You guys do understand that any HID bulbs rated over 4300k result in a significant reduction in output lumens?
Hence, you're ruining your light output/visibility in favor of some blue/purple autozone-esque nonsense.
The color from an OEM HID setup (such as the one found on an IX MR) comes from the design of the projector/cutoff shield itself and has nothing to do with the bulb.

and how did u make the turn signals turn on when the headlights are on? i can see that the original parking lights are not on but the turns are on. did you just switch around the the connectors or did u have to cut and splice?
8000k kit. just put em in last week but it's like day and night compared to the silverstars that were in it prior. however i maybe would have went with just 6000k for a tad whiter light

. A lot brighter than regular bulbs.
cool pics everyone. i have a set from xenondepot arriving today via ups. dont know when ill have time to install and im not looking forward to taking off the bumper. im a believer in function over looks, so i got 4300k for my low beams, ill keep high beams stock as they could blind a UFO as it is. ill get pics up ASAP
