Today, my dumb self it a parking block and messed up my front bumper and intercooler. i have about 1500.00 to spend and would like some suggestions. I was going to eventually do the fullrace twin scroll set up but that means that now i should get the vertical flow intercooler, so i am rethinking that one. i like the spearco and the ams intercoolers as well. As far as front bumbers go, that is where i need suggestions. i had a evo 9 bumber and really like the look of it but the question is, do i stay with that or move on?

just buy an Ebay intercooler or if you want to throw away your money buy an Ams, Ets or whatever, and then either fix that bumper or buy a new one, but in my opinion the evo 9 bumper is the best looking bumper ever... and with the cash left buy other go fast mods...but of course if you buy the brand intercooler your going to blow half of your cash or more than half...

 

if youre def. going to do the fullrace set up, but need a new ic now cause yours is busted up, why not just buy a stock ic for really cheap on evom, fix your bumper and have some cash left over so you can get the turbo sooner? i know in hindsight, i wish i had planned better and spent money a bit more wisely than i have.

 

Depending on the damage a IX bumper swap and intercooler upgrade would be really nice and within that budget. When I hit a semi-truck retread on the freeway I went with our 3.5" IC and C-West bumper to replace my banged up front end.

what about buying the full race intercooler now and using it with the stock turbo?

 

Why not ETS?

 

get the APR GT front bumper.......it is exactly the same as the IX stock but just has a lip integrated into it......and then an ETS FMIC and you should be good with 1500 bucks........might even be able to get all the piping as well

 

How about Painting cost on the front bumper??

Can i use any intercooler with the full race twin scroll setup or do i have to use the vertical flow?
I decided to go with a full C-West body kit!!! i will post pre fit pics soon.

 

Just got the Kit in today and have only put on the Front Bumper.

 

Fitment looks great, and now that IC is an even better idea!
