Question C-West body kit question

I recently bought a new c-west kit and i have a few questions regarding the front bumper. I belive i had to remove the bumper beam however there are two holes on the under side above the intercooler on each side. It seems like these two hole would line up with the factory bolt holes but since i removed the beam they are not there. Also, where the bumper meets the bottom of the headlight, there is a fin piece that comes out and there is not slot for it to slide into. Do i just cut that off or does it indeed go somewhere? My civic has a similar slot and there is a slip on the headlight bracket it slides into to hold it up against the headlight.
Any thoughts, comments, or suggestions would be helpful!!!

One more thing, i was wonder if any one has put led license plate light on the c-west rear bumper and if you have which one did you go with?

I read about the tabs under the headlight and it seems like i can make that work but i would rather have as little gap as possible. Aside from the top bolts and two side bolts, is that it? No center bolts?

So does everyone who has this bumper have a small gap below the headlight is it just a hit or miss thing?

The gap below the headlight is pretty common. How big it is is all up to how good your body guy is

This is what mine looks like, I've been told it's one of the smallest gaps seen.
