& about lag... the red is a lil bit laggier than a green, but its something im more than willing to live with. I have run bigger turbos in the past & they were just too laggy.

Its not a BOV problem!!!!!!! what is your guys problem? Watch a damn drift video and listen to the BOV. Same thing here and all thats happening is the driver/BOV are doing their job . on/of/on/off/on/off the throttle will cause the BOV to open/close/open/close/open/close. It is not fluttering and its perfectly healthy for the motor.
Go on youtube and hear Mellong tuning's evo or buschur evo, their cars don't make fluttering sound like that.
Nils, could you explain to us why it flutters like that.
