Rust blah blah blah. Why buy an evo if you're not going to drive it? Take care of it, yes, but lets face the facts. No mitsubishi is ever going to be worth big $$$.

As far as the rust is concerned tough, I take mone through a touchless carwash once a week during the winter. Salt FTL.

And blacktrack, no disrespect. You have a sick car, and I think thats awesome.

Our cars are enjoyed. Just not in rain/snow. It's not about value. It's about wanting to keep the car for a long time coming especially when you get to throwing a lot of money in it.

However if i was balla enough to have another evo daily then you can bet your A$$ i'd be out there all day. Wash it and what not ect. Then years down the road sell it and it becomes someone elses problem. And hunt down another clean no rust evo. And the cycle continues on and on.

Enough people do this and now all of a sudden there aren't any more clean evo's out there. Except for the guys that cared for their cars and still have them to that day. Not to mention you know the whole cars history.

I would've loved to have driven my 8 for a year or so and then gotten into a 06 gg. But it's too late now. Too much money invested already.
