fyi.... I have allstate and they wouldn't give me ANY money for all the aftermarket parts I had installed on my eclipse when it was totaled.

whats wrong with posting this in the public place? I'm not talking about anybody but myself on here and only my car. I said what happened and i said the exact samething that happened on a recorded tape for the insurances its the samething. I dont understand ur reasoning on why it would be a problem. to post pics and just say how it got crashed......

i talked to my insurance agent and he said they will cover it if i have proof (like reciepts)

 

idk i def dont want to part it bc i dont feel like dealing with it anymore. maybe if they sell the car back to me cheap i will buy it and do some parting or just sell it and let someone else do it.

but the speed limit is 45 mph and that really isnt slow. There was a pole next to me that i didnt want to hit at all bc it wouldve been worse for me and split instinct i thought about just not crashing and there was a clearing in the other lane. so i tried to go in someone yard to avoid everything but i obviously got it. I'm just glad it wasnt a tractor trailor or anything bc i def would be a vege or not here.

very hard situation b/c it all happend within the split second. I was just trying to avoid a straight on collision for me. To be honest i dont really think u think about anyone else in that moment and you only think about how to protect urself. which i feel i did..

That just sucks. The people/lady you hit will more than likely sue your insurance company for medical costs and pain and suffering.
Did Allstate give you the option to buy it back? If you don't mind telling us, how much do they want?
