another evo down..
Well today going to work i got into a pretty much head on collision. I was going down a hill when the person in front of me slammed on their brakes well i was looking at my speed and i glanced up and they were like 20-10 feet away. I was doing like 45mph at the time. I hit my brakes and turned to avoid them. There was a embankment on my right side with a telephone pole so i tried avoided that and went left to go in someones yard. I crossed the yellow lines as i was sliding (i was almost sideways. This road ppl do like 65+ on and this lady coming the other way waxed me. I have cuts everywhere and golf ball size swelling on my forearm. the driver was alrite but histarical bc her parent were messed up. Which is understandable but she was freaking out on me when i was helping keep her dad awake. i kept telling he rto calm down and she isnt making the situation any better
pretty scary moment but it happens...
here are some pics

Sorry this happened to you but word of advice to the wise, lawyer up! Even though it wasn't your fault; since you were trying to avoid an accident, crossing the yellow is going to leave you hard pressed to prove your innocence in this
I wish you the best though, and I hope everyone walks away from this healthy.

Sorry to hear this, especially with the injuries. I agree on lawyering up as it wouldn't surprise me if they tried to come after you in this litigious society.
I know a lot of what happened is instinctual but it is usually far worse to try and make drastic moves to avoid the initial contact in these situations. Hopefully others can learn from this unfortunate accident. Best of luck bro.
*edit - ah, good you got a lawyer. Unfortunately for you it is your word against theirs, plus the facts. They probably didn't see the other driver stopped and all they really know is you came over to their lane.
