my adjuster told me that im really lucky to be alive (which i already knew) but he said it was one of the worst collisions he has seen in a long time. He said my strut bar (idk y) saved my life and that it was pushed through the firewall.....kinda scary hearing that

 

The adjuster said they would give me 22,680 for the car plus tax and title, which is like maybe 2k more tops. I know what my car is worth so i said no and decided to fight it for more money.

I got some pointers from someone. So thanks again to that guy!

I know what the car is worth and im not settling less for it..

car just hit 20k miles in excellent condition

sorry that happened to you, but i don't get what everybody's talking about...you were clearly at fault, and if i was the woman, i'd sue the hell out of you. you should have been paying attention to the road. glad no one was hurt. good luck with the next car.
