If i buy a black vortex generator on eBay for my white IX, would black look wierd on it? should I paint it colormatch or should I leave it black? What you guys think?

no it wouldnt look wierd, just make it black or white, flip a coin if u need to decide

 

yes, the 8 MR's had black VG's, the 9 MR's was color matched

 

i thought all MR's came with color matched VG's...
i say leave it black...thats what i did for my lime green evo...

 

Oh. yea. i'm kinda on both sides, black looks OK because it kinda blend with the CF wing, but if colormatch it then it will look more sleek. I think black is fine, i will leave it on for a while until I get bored of it then i paint it.
I think white would look OK for both black and white, other colors should do colormatch.

I have a WW IX with a black ebay VG. It looks good. Although my car has the white/black theme going on, so that helps mine blend.

 

They are more expensive than the ones on eBay, but less hassle for buying color-matched ones.
Black evos are lucky. anything they buy aftermarkets are black. but i don't like black cars

Id say black on white looks good but id go with rexpeed also. I got a black one off ebay before and it was black plastic not painted black and cracked within a few months.

 

Keep it black
