I will do a write up...I've been saying that for a few weeks but I need a few hours to sit down and organize it

i dont know man, $300 is not a killer deal... i'd pay 350ish if the shop would do the bondo work too but simple paint?

i'd say $250 MAX and i dont mean maaco job (maaco front bumper jobs go under 200 easily right now)

I got three other quotes

two shops wouldn't do the bondo work at all and wanted $400 to paint it

one shop wanted $550 to do everything

so I saved $250 doing the chop work myself

I don't think $300 is bad at all for a quality paint job that will match almost to a "T"

what the heck?! you sure you didn't have any experience in bodywork? because from the picture it looks pretty darn good for a DIY. hope to see the finished product soon!

+1 for finished pics.

I work at a place and the owner also owns a bodyshop. My 'employee' pricing was $700 to paint a front bumper! Depends on your location and how the shop is run.

You could probably buy a new front bumper from the dealer for less then $700^
