hoping someone can help. need the little rubber grommet/clip that holds the outer edge of the tail light in...in blue box. anyone know where i can find a pair.

I checked with a mitsu dealership and was told they don't have the part (shown above in the blue box)and that I needed to buy the whole tail light instead.
Has anyone tried aftermarket replacements that worked as well? Pls advice.

 

Wha? Go to another dealer then. I bought those exact pieces at the dealer where I live. Better yet, PM this pic and your concerns to RussellM. He works with OEM parts and can get you anything.

 

^^^ thanks for the referral but i found an after market grommet and plastic clip that worked as well.
