Use as tip. I had my buddy do my calipers at the body shop butttt.

But first primer them. Then paint the front of the calipers the color of the BREMBO you want. (all with flat colors. Then put the sticker where they go. Then paint the caliper the color you want them with the stickers on. Then,... Take the stickers off. Then scuff everything with 1000 grit. Then clear 2-3 times. Walla. Clean caliper job

Check out this thread. They still look like the first day I did them. Granted no track use but occasional hard braking

Haha I just asked a question in that thread before I saw that you posted in mine...Good to know yours are still holding up great...mine will definitely see some track events so hopefully they will still hold up the same...I don't see why not with 4 coats of paint and at least 3 coats of clear...

I don't recommend clearing them. The clear will turn yellow from the heat. The dupli-color paint is designed for brake calipers and man did I have my doubts, if it would hold. I'm really impressed with it's performance thus far.

The dupli-color has a built in shine so no clear needed.

sh*t...really...I bought the VHT high heat clear coat made for calipers...well they wouldn't be getting clear coat today...

Well, I guess if I'm not doing clear then I can't put the Brembo stickers on either since they will just melt off...

Front Calipers painted...with the lighting it looks flat black but it is actually gloss black...

Rear Calipers painted....

My girlfriend was a painting machine today so she repainted my 02 dump for me too...

My girlfriend and I will be out of town for the weekend so she will be putting the white Brembo stickers on Monday and putting on 3 or 4 coats of clear then letting them cure for a couple days...Will post more pics once stickers and clear is on...I will post more pics once they are all done...

Good news!! My parts from Russell @ Mitsubishiparts.net came in today also...new coolant & oil turbo lines and all my brake hardware!
