Clutch sold, rotors sold, and suspension pending life is good lol.

Many thanks to everyone who is picking this stuff up and doing perfect transactions.

I also want to say a huge thanks to Andy(apagan01)@ amsoil for hooking me up with stock parts cheap. I really appreciate it.

Thanks. Work hard, play hard. Im a Airline Transport Pilot/ Commercial rotorcraft pilot and a Captain in a Lear45 and Embraer120. The wife is the money maker right now though. We switch back and forth who works so someone is always home. I love the RS, gonna get one back soon enough I hope. The house never materialized so I pulled the plug. I had a renter for my home that would generate positive cash flow with option to buy so it would've been an easy transition. The realtor was playing games on the one house we wanted as if she new the potential buyer and put us off. The other house actually got a price increase and they wouldnt even send us basic info we requested in the standard disclosure. So Im the type of person that if things seem out of place I back off. There is generally a reason things arent working out. Im not comlaining. My house is almost paid off and the weather here is perfect. Its not the biggest or best house but we built it and we are comfortable here. Besides, my neighbors are just starting to get used to us LOL...

As for Lana. Yes I miss that car dearly. I wouldve never sold her but we had a son coming and I prepared for the worst case scenario. I sold everything(bikes, truck, trailer, Lana, etc). I always like to be over-prepared. Toys can always be replaced. I tighten up when I need to. We are just now getting settled again so we can have some fun again. Life is to short to be miserable or uptight. I am definitely different now that I have a son who relies on us. Not gonna be doing anything to crazy. I rather take him on nice trips then spend $5K on a tilton clutch.

The Benz, yeah thats my biggest weakness. I love my AMG's. I've been in love with the CLK BS since they announced its arrival. As I said I had a deposit on one but got nervous about resale. So I pulled the plug. I am literally paying almost 50% of what I wouldve had I bought new. Thank God I didnt make that mistake. We'll see what happens. The new 2012 C63 is a complete animal and has a bunch of new stuff. Problem is it wont be out until July-Sept. And I also doubt I'll ever buy a new MB again. MB likes to kill value every year by offering $10K back. If I wanted a 2011 now would be the perfect time but I like the 2012 FL better. So CLK just keeps popping up. Hopefully it works out.

Well I got the new stock turbo set up in and almost buttoned back up. Car should be 100% by beginning of next week. My plans are to trade it in but if someone wants it let me know. I have spent countless hours and money making sure its right. I am reinstalling nice bilsteins with swift springs., newer stock clutch, and resurfaced flywheel(thanks TTP to having this available), etc. I will be leaving the headstuds and brakelines in the car. I think thats about it unless I cant find a stock IX bov or similar. If I cant the ets stuff will stay. Retune and be done... Hope she finds a good home.

Thanks for the . If you ever need anything shoot me a pm.

So brian did you enjoy the water meth in the past? I know you switched to E85 but did you have a good meth experience? Im a sign language interpreter and also work as a lab tech have a wife and two kids too. I sold my crx after having my first daughter the evo is a nice compromise. Cant imagine getting rid of the truck and trailer though. What a cool job being a pilot. Hope you get Lana back really that is the coolest evo ever.

Dont get me wrong, meth works very well. But I am not a fan of it. I feel it needs constant observation. I rather buy a larger stock appearing turbo and run 93 octane as I have or run smaller turbo on E85 if its available. A properly installed meth kit with all safety gear is not that cheap anyways. I just dont like the worry. For some its a great option. Just my .02 though.

Thank you very much. Hopefully it will satisfy my daily need.

Guys mostly everything is spoken for. Only thing of significance left is the Buschur V band 3" exhaust.

Some other small things like Buschur ceramic coating 02, AEM wideband, autometer boost guage, and misc is available..

Stock turbo, mani, 02, exhaust and everything is back in. Austin sat right next to me in the garage and helped. It was sooo awesome. He kept picking up tools and handing them to me. All the wrong ones, but thats ok Thanks again to everyone who bought stuff. Hope you guys are happy with the deals we made. If anyone is interested in the car I will sell it for $25, 500 stockish. It will have headstuds, stainless brake lines, MBC, shaved trunk, and bilsteins w/ swift springs. If I get everything finished this weekend I will make the phone call to the dealer for trade. If the car is still available it will be going to Hendricks in about two weeks. So if anyone wants it you have about that much time. After that I can forward the delaer and contact info. It really is a nice clean car. I put it back completely stock. There are only two bolts that are not stock and that is on the cat.
