Just want more bite for the track...

Titanium Heat Shields?? Any pics or links?

Nah... I was saying as far as SD improving drivability... I know it will improve power slightly

No chance drivability will be better with SD in my mind and past experience. Even if I was a tuner tuning my own car I wouldnt be on SD unless it was required like big boost, forward facing mani, etc...

I have had the IX bov, IX bov crushed and now have the Synapse bov. The best for drivability was the stock IX but didn't hold boost well past 27-28psi. Crushed IX works good for about 30-31 psi but gives up driveability as in it flutters more. Synapse holds boost to 100psi and has about the drivability between the stock IX bov and a crushed one. The slight flutter it has is only noticed on the highway when lifting off slowly. I just let off completely and then get back on to cruising speed.

crushed 1g + gus mod holds 35psi+ from my experience. from all the reading i did, synapse seems to be ahead of all the rest in bov technology.

without gus mod it should still hold the boost you want.

Mellon rocks the APS twin vent bov and so do I. You make great power for a green and pump. How much power was gained by the tubular manifold?. Love the build keep up the good work. Stock ecu is pretty impressive for these cars.

Trust me, if I could find an APS I would rock it too. No one has them any more so I am looking for a used one. As for the tubular. I didnt do a before and after for $ reasons, but based on what Im seeing on other cars it looks to be around 20+ whp with the mani. And thanks, I should be pretty well suared away by the end of next week. Im actually putting stock injectors and stock IX map back in the car and see if my issues disappear. Even untuned the drivability was perfect other than WOT obviously. So I need to back step a little and find out whats causing me so much trouble. From there we will inch forward again with 880's and retune. Once I get it figured out it will be time for a

In fact, if anyone has an APS bov I'll buy it if its in decent shape.

So this is pretty funny. He loves music. It always spur of the moment and normally night time so the vids are I phone and horrible .I'll try to take one during the day with a good camera so the video comes out better. But still entertaining He is so amazing.
