Congrats! Get ready for a life altering moment It is the most amazing experience you will ever get to witness. Make sure you take part in it if your able to. I was skeptical because I hate blood But it's different when your watching your child be born. To hear them cry for the first time is so crazy after knowing where they have been. The whole process is truly a miracle. If you have any questions about diet, exercise, etc shoot me a pm. I'll steer you guys in the right direction. If you eat right and exercise like your suppose to the delivery will be a walk in the park as long as there are no underlying circumstances. Andreia went to the ER already 5cm dialated with very little discomfort and labor was only 20 minutes at most... But I attribute it to the strict diet and exercise. She walked about 3-6 miles a day right up until 2 days before giving birth. She also did a pregnancy yoga at home which was hilarious to watch and hit the gym every morning for about an hour. The diet is crucial too. If you gain too much weight than c sections come into play etc. But its important to eat enough so the baby gets enough nourishment. Andreia only gained 25# which is perfect. We put our life on hold for about 5months prior. We did everything together except I avoided the preg yoga LOL... But if your able to eat and exercise with her its a plus. I figured it was only fair and I was able to do so. Anyways, your going to be amazed. Best of luck and best wishes. Post a pic here when the new addition arrives.

Here I wanted you to have these to look through. I spent hours a day reading this stuff. It really helped us and may help you. I knew very little going into it

The bible pretty much....
http://www.americanpregnancy.org/duringpregnancy/

Exercise importance...
http://pregnancy.about.com/cs/fitnes...toexercise.htm

http://www.centralhome.com/ballroomcountry/prenatal.htm

Best place I found to order stuff. Quick delivery, etc...
http://www.babysupermall.com/

Definitely helps, but you can buy a cheaper version at Bed Bath & Beyond
http://www.yourbabycanread.com/

Read through the food stuff. The biggest one I was surprised on is fish. Besides the prenatal vitamins(we used once a day which has two pills daily) for omega's you will want to eat fish for brain development. But it is critical to not eat too much or to eat the wrong kind. It must be fresh fish. The odd part was the fresh fish is always frozen it seems. The fish that looks fresh is actually farmed fish. Those fish are grown and have all kinds of chemicals etc in them. Stay away from them. Stay away from fish with mercury as well. Just good ole fresh fish low in mercury once a week like Salmon. Hope this helps. When is she due? Hopefully you have some time to benefit from these tips. Again, best wishes... I was going to pm you but figured others may need it

You may not even need helpwith this stuff. For all I know your both Dr's. But assuming your the average couple like us not knowing much about bringing a child into the World I found these to be the best places for info. Best of luck...

Thanks... He is awesome and full time entertainment. Lots of work too

Even thinks he can steal my chair Horrible pic but I grabbed it quick with the phone...

Spare MR guages arrive tomorrow so I can get that sorted out. I've got one guage not working because the previous owner decided to lose the plug for the oil temp. So I bought a complete set of guages and harness.

Cant wait for the ETS piping to arrive on Friday. The old upper is already off and sold. So should be a quick transition. They are gonna look so good powder coated flat black. ETS really hooked me up with quick service, powder coating, multiple black couplers, etc... Gone finish a few loose ends and possibly retune on Monday. I'm trying to dial in the drivability. I need to look at a few things and make some changes but am confident I have narrowed it down. Cabt wait....

I have never had any issues with ETS parts rusting. Not saying it isnt true, just saying I havent experienced it or seen it first hand. I have set up a few cars and they all used the ETS stuff with zero issues. So could be true or just a rumor an angry person started. I have no idea but I wouldnt have bought them if I had experienced any isses or expected any.

06MREvo- ETS made me a push fitting flange so I can run a crushed 1G I had here at the house. I will run this to get the car squared away as I know I wont have drivabilty issues with it. Once we are good to go I will probably buy a used APS or buy the newer Synapse. I just want to sort through some things first and this is the easiest way.

VKEVO-I wont be at AWD on Monday. Have Eddie get you Laspada's or Chipotle for lunch Eddie is my lunch guru

Ahhhh man that looks like fun.

We arent sweating today. Just enjoying a nice 64 degree night I did wear shorts all day though I love the snow, change of seasons, snowmobiles, etc. And we tried moving but the housing market has us kind of trapped. We will try again to get up North next year before Austin starts school.
