No need to baby it...I have close to 60k hard miles on my stock 6 spd & t-case...tons of track passes and hundreds of 6k+ launches...just need to know how to do it properly...

So why the swap from the FID exh. mani back to a BR ported stocker???

its now on ecu boost (grimmspeed)

and will be getting a e85 tune soon.

we need to finish the 93oct tune first though..

his most recent results on 93oct were;

hopefully he can change cams, then it will make big power on both 93 and e85.

hes over your vd numbers though.. the real dyno was less because of the dyno room conditions.

its looking good so far on ecu boost.. still on the 93oct.

we did try to experiment with a 30-40% mix of e85 with regular 93oct but it didnt work out to my likings so we are not doing that..

i have lots of time in his car.. he wants max power so im determined to give it to him.. the e85 experimental mixing stuff took us like 2 hours alone..

the end result of that was, sure it made more power and allowed more boost (it ended up being around 470whp).. but it was inconsistent.. there was a 1-2 counts of knock every other pull which scared me away from using it as a 2nd map permanent thing.. so we will be using 100% e85 instead.

might of been false knock.. his cars simply put .. retarded when it comes to false knock.. the most frustrating car i think ive fixed yet as far as that goes.
i dont blame no other shop that worked on his car for not being able to fix it.. it was a mess and if you dont fully understand the knock sensor filter things out on the ecu you would be scared to do what i did to a customers car.

ill see if i can dig up the latest ecu boost log stuff.. i believe i only have it set to 25psi atm.

also on the dyno graph, i could have made the car spool another 200rpm quicker probably. i didn't really fine tune the spoolup area like i normally do on other cars.. his was still beginning in the 14's, which i like it to begin in the 12's and target that afr until break off point occurs. of course that will be addressed as well though.
