Ok, here is a update just got back from getting my car from the shop, It turned out that my Fuel trim/Injectors were off. I originaly made 404.3whp and 345.7wtq with the injectors scalled almost perfectly and the SD tune tweaked allowing the power band to be smooth as butter I put down 402.1whp and 327.8wtq. I loss a little but over all driveing it feels real strong and it was tested to 7200 rpm and the car holds 26psi until redline. The only issue is with the cold its creeping a bit past 26psi so I am turning it down as I drive.
I am doing that to make sure I stay around 26psi. I can only say that Ptuning has done nothing but burn many many man hours in adjustments and tweaking my tune with 4+ dyno tunes to get it where she liked to be.
They have not charged me for this as it was a unknown fault no fingers are pointed just pure honest customer service. I did find out that the Dyno they use with my Blizzack winter tires caused the car to want to pull up on the dyno or try because it want to grab to hardand strapping down made it not want to read right and adding more air did not help at all and added undo stress. The tires if your not familier are real soft with huge nubs and they want to swallow the roller instead of allowing them to grab and roll. In the issue of tires I made 378-390 and with the minor glitches it got fixed.
All in all I am purely satisfied and I will soon test it on another dyno to see what I put down as I know Ptunings dyno reads real low and some may not understand this. I will get some updated pictures and try to get a video made when I can get the wife confortable to hold the camera while I drive lol. I also need to clean the car, I reacently added the Turbosmart Race Port BOV as well and its sounds so nice. If you have any questions feel free to ask me via PM and I will do my best to answer.

I don't see it as a downgrade, but rather as a downsize. I plan to get back into autocross and track events this season and would rather sacrifice power up top for more power down low.

I understand that, also you were correct on the SD needing tweaking as the tune was making power but not working completely correct as you saw. I feel a differance now lol that its all working together and the powerband is real smooth I'm just boost spikeing with this real cold air on the dyno it would see 26-26.3psi but on the street its going to about 29 ehhhhh so I am going to goto my secondary boost set at 23.2 to help with it I hope.

Well turns out it was not boost spikeing.it was major boost creep, the shop added a restriction in my exhaust that hurts no power just allows a little back pressure since I was flowing so free. The EBC was doing its job and I thought it was not lol. I will see what I hold tonight on my way to work and now its adjusting boost a little to get back to 26psi.

Ok here is a little update my Mod list will be updated later as well and pictures. I had a issue with a 60K service done by DTM it was never done so I finished that and now I had a new 4" JmFab Intake made and I am awaiting another 18psi WGA from FP as I broke mine after swapping the o2 housings. I removed te EPM Dump because I did not want to bore out the wastegate Port as the Ported Red needed more breathing room so I got the MAP SS o2 Merged Housing.

The car looks great! That exhaust is wide enough for me to put my head in there. Why is the power so modest though? With all the work that you did I would expect way more power. I assume there must be a reason.

Extremely low reading dump. Also possible that my tension pullys threw it off due to false knock.

Do the throttle cable mod and remove the rubber piece from the strut tower brace. Everything else looks nice!

I wish I could get a clear picture on the throttle cable mod but I can't so I have not done it and also what it all takes to do it.

Well I was having some major issues with boost creeping and so I changed the EPM Dump to a MAP SS Merged Houseing. Then when all that was worked out the car was not holding power or bosst well meaning it wast not stable. So I had my shop put it on the dyno to check the tune out and my luck my clutch was slipping and it was not shooting rpms up it was not holding the speed and griping to hold the power. I have/had a ACT HDSS but now I am going to a ACT Extreme Duty with sprung disc which is the XTSS and I was just not able to get the Twin disc like I wanted "lack of funds". So we well see and also I will be going to the track on March 6th for the first and last time on the 1/4 mile more then likely as this is not a Drag Car.

Stop being a ricer and tring to street race everything a high CF Dyno jet with a stock IX turbo and meth good job and you for whining that your numbers are to low with 3 mods. I will kill the stock IX turbo car so stop thinking its something I said it before want to Race MIR March 6th.

Flow1 I don't know I am hopeing in the low to mid 11's but I will be babying the car off the line since its a stock 6 speed tranny and t-case.
