Which actuator do you have? You shouldn't need the 25 psi one to run pump gas boost levels. The 18 psi one is plenty. I've run 30 psi to 7500 rpm on both the Red and Black with an 18 psi actuator and a higher flowing setup than you have (which lowers boost for a given boost setting). The 25 psi one is also likely to cause boost creep problems at your boost level.

I'd do a boost leak test and then make sure that the preload on the actuator is tight enough. If those check out, I'd next look to the boost controller.

I have the 25 psi wga on my black i just assumed get all the options possible when i bought it from force preformace port 25 wga. I would have gotten them to coat it if they did that at the time but did not. SO i got Carlos at TCC to do everything.

I think im ok now after fixing 500 leaks lol and replaceing the dp. I still need to get a new donut gasket the one I have is a little to large for my o2 and I think it has a leak. I have the software for the ebc so they can now fine tune the boost controller allot more.

Well I updated page one and I also fixed my leaks. I ended up replaceing the Ebay Downpipe with a new Injen Super SES Downpipe and got a new OEM Donut gasket. I will be going back to get tuned again if some did not know, I killed the Omni Power MAP Sensor and so I had to convert back to the MAF and I am still VTA with my BOV since my intakes were welded shut lol. When the MAP sensor failed I basically went into limp mode and the car would not rev past 3500rpms.

I am throwing the normal code of P0172 for Rich condition detected in bank 1. I will be getting a new tune completely on Monday as well since the leaks were fixed and they are going to try and fix my load issue with booth spike/creep. I also ordered the HKS Easy writer software and so far it has held my boost solid as you can't access some of the features without it. I am now able to acess the RPM funtion and the Boost cut is able to be manualy set to any given number as for some reason it did not know what to do since the RPM indication selection was not on and could not be accesed via the unit only the software via laptop.
