18x10.5+30 NT03+M on a Stock Fender TB Evo IX!

All,

Things have been real crazy for me for the past 8 months with the purchase of a house, projects on it and literally dumping $20k+ into new furniture as well as new appliances and carpet etc... The Evo took a back seat to modifications until recently.

I had used my stock Evo IX Enkei wheels since the day I bought the car, but had them powdercoated over 2 years ago a high gloss black. After some damage to the wheel (no known reason to the root cause), I decided it was time to do something big as far as wheels and suspension go.

I employed a local shop in Sanford Performance Race Solutions (PRS) to assist in my suspension modifications as well as setup my Evo for this drastic change. Their previous work on a Subaru as well as their enthusiastic approach to time attack style racing and referrals from big name shops and other respectable car owners in Central Florida ensured me that they would do the right job and do it well the first time!

For a month my Evo was in the shop. All the while I worked with Mike and his crew to get my Evo to where it currently is today.

Car setup:

-Enkei NT03+M 18x10.5+30 Custom Orange Paint
-Brembo Calipers Repainted Gloss Black.
-Hankook Ventus Evo V12 Tires 265/35/18
-BC Racing Inverted Coilovers
-Megan Racing Rear Lower Control Arms
-Whiteline Front & Rear Control Arm bushing kits.
-Whiteline steering precision kit
-ARP Open Ended Wheel Studs
-Ichiba Wheel Spacers
-Torque Solutions Shifter Bushing Kit
-EvoDave Fender Mod

Additional mods done to the car:

-Stock block 4G63
-Forced Performance Red HTA80MM
-Kelford 272 Intake/Exhaust Camshafts
-Supertech Valvesprings + retainers
-PTE 880cc Injectors
-Ported & Coated Stock Exhaust Manifold
-AMS FMIC
-Shearer O2 Dump
-Full Megan Racing TBE
-Exedy Twin Clutch
-Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
-JDM heads / tails and rear bumper.
-Zeitronix ZT-2 w. LCD readout
-Defi Boost, Oil Pressure & Water Temp Gauges

Rear fenders were rolled and pulled in the rear, back half of the car had some minor issues addressed and the JDM rear bumper repainted professionally by Naism at PRS.

The car came out amazing! I daily drive this car and get all sorts of thumbs up , stares and even had someone recently take a picture of my car on the expressway.

I present my Time Attack Evo IX

The Evo was a huge hit at a recent meet here in Central Florida. I have post whored a few pictures in other threads, but wanted my own thread to display the outcome of my Evo IX after some well spent $ my new favorite thing is on ramps Setup is key! The car responds to much better now and feels amazing in turns.

Turns are where it is by the way!

Same here! It took a little while to grow on me, but with the amber in the headlights, the side turn markers and the rear coupled with little accents of vinyl here and there, as well as orange Brembo stickers... I think it rolls in nicely. It was great around Halloween. I was in full attire for the occasion

Think GT3RS colors and it all makes sense.

Your car looks NICE! The orange is very bright but you pulled it off well. Love the stance of your car also. Props to you.

Looks great, hows the evodave fender mod? Looking at picking it up next year for my wheel set up (18x10 +25). Would like to hear your input on the overall product

Only a few degrees. The EvoDave fender mod allow for enough room to not require so much camber.

EvoDave fender mod is straight forward and quite simple. Only a few bolts to swap out and some polyurethane grommets that push the fender out. I highly recommend the kit to avoid having to camber the front so much.

Car looks great!

Is it a typo or are you really running 265/25R18 tires?
