Have any of you put a X wing on your 8/9 or have a picture of it I looked all over and never found it. Im curious to see what it would look like.

I doubt u'd be able to find one
It won't fit, X body is different from 8/9 not to mention the boot. Its a different shape/structure. Go for varis or voltex type 5 gt wing for the kill!

 

Well the 8/9 wing looks damn good on the X so i was wondering if the tables turned

 

Do a little more reading the X spoiler will fit as the VIII-IX spoilers fit the X no issue.

 

Well if uve seen the X spoiler it isn't as straight as the 9. It might fit but IMO the aerodynamics won't be there

I you look at the IX wing with the zero lift kit winglet that comes with it you will see the IX wing isnt perfectly straight and there is a bow to it.

 

100% incorrect, I just went to the Annual Proccolino's Boost for ***** meet in Orlando and one of the guys who I rode up with has a GG X with a GG IX wing on it, looked pretty bad *** so there should be no reason that you wouldnt be able to do the opposite but finding someone who has done it yes, in that case might be hard to find.

Id like to see what it looks like though, not sure who would do it and down grade from having CF and just a cheap X wing...
