well we'll see what it looks like for the weekend. Should have everything here by Friday and have all the kinks worked out by that evening or Saturday. Thank again for shooting in here and posting your thoughts too.

keep in mind that is a base map.. all we did was lower timing in troublesome areas and raise the boost.. the car will hit 500 or damn close to it on 93octane.

notice the afr is solid 10.9-11 flat.. just leaning the afr out more will give another 20whp as it sits. i have yet to touch timing at redline.. car has more in it yet.

UPDATE:: Getting an FP Black by next week and trying to figure out some tranny/clutch issue. Might be clutch, might be throw out bearing, might be transmission. Don't know yet. Probably not transmission as it was just rebuilt like 2k - 3k miles ago.

After I figure out the transmission or clutch issue, I'm gonna fix it then the car is going up for sale. I'm getting ready to get out of the Marine Corps and I won't be able to afford it anymore anyway. I would have fixed all the issues that I ran into so the buyer should feel confident that it's all been documented here. I also keep a log with everything done or that has been done since I bought the car. Let me know if you're interested.

Found my "transmission" issue. Nothing wrong at all. Dust cover came loose on the driveshaft and was bouncing off the bolts. Couldn't get the cover to seat back on so I removed it completely. Figured it wasn't doing it's job anyway. So no more sounds, all is right and I will be able to continue the tuning on the Green. We'll see 500 on 93 with the Green

Man what a rollercoaster ride. But sorry to add insult to injury, IT IS an 03 evo. These cars are getting old, especially ones that had 3 owners. They've been abused and beaten up,but hang in there your almost there !good luck man!

Cosmo Motors in North Carolina rebuilt the transmission and transfer case about 2k - 3k miles ago. Still going strong.

You're not kidding. I'm pretty sure I've got everything taken care of, replaced, and now maintained so I should get the final tune done next week. Super glad I got it this far and in such a short time.
