Lowering springs
Some springs, that have more extreme drops, require bump stop trimming which can put high loads into your suspension (i.e Damage)
The Eibachs do not require any trimming of the stops. You better check before you buy.

i have gtworx, similar to the spec r's. drop looks perfect to me, keeps it looking sleeper-ish and handles like adream imho.
i have gtworx/bilsteins/whiteline f+r bars, and i couldnt ask for much better.

I love how you guys just jumped all over the OP's throat. Maybe he just wants a set of springs for the look and not cornering G's.
My car, a true street car (my dd), wants more look than function. I have swift springs, but will shortly be changing to coilovers so I could set my own height. The swifts still make me a little upset when seeing more wheel gap up front. Will it affect handling? maybe. But, my car will never see auto X or road racing unless it is for pure fun. You can't compete with a car that you need to get to work every day as well.

Agreed. And it didn't sound like anyone was jumping down anyone's throat to me. Sounded like people were providing feedback from previous/current experience.
Don't encourage people to be posers and do a crazy drop just for looks. It ruins the balance of the car and makes it drive worse. If you want to look good on your cruise to work why the heck did you buy an Evo to begin with? If you're trolling for vag or whatever you need to look good for on your commute you're better off in a Bimmer or something.

To be quite honest with you guys. Every evo owner I know who has coilovers sets the height to where it looks best (equal drop front and rear) and I have yet to hear anyone complain about handling. Dont forget that 85% of the evo's on this very forum are street driven daily drivers.
I currently have swifts. I am upgranding to BC coilovers with whiteline roll center kit and rear trailing arm bushings after labor day. I'll give an unbiased "street" car review thread then.
