STM's Project "Ultimate Street Evo?"
i understand that there is a oil pressure low warning light but what happens if the oil pump starts to go and the pressure can build as high needed 100 psi at full throttle i have had that happen before and the only way i spotted it is because of my aftermarket guage. the oil pressure was normal at idle but when starting to drive it would not fluctuate with the rpm. if i would not have spotted that and gunned it could have been a lot of oil starvation damage.
Its not something I am worried about. With the amount of time we spend looking at parts on our cars and checking things over its something that I will catch before there is a real issue. Besides that, I will not have time to look at a gauge at full throttle or high RPM's. Taking your eye off the road in a car with this kind of power is not a good idea.

Really? No baffles or nothin like the Tomei kit or something? Thats impressive yet slightly crazy I think at the same time where as iv heard of people "losing oil pressure" with the stock pan under heavy acceleration. Is there atleast a crank scrapper at all?
