I figured this is a midnight purple variant but I'm not sure which one.

I'm was looking for a colour to paint my EVO 7 and a buddy of mine sent me this, was told that a pic of it was on the forum somewhere but no luck for me....Can anyone tell me what is this cars code and are there anymore pics of it floating around?

Looks like Midnight Purple III to me. Nissan color. III is unique because it looks blue from some angles in direct light.

You'll have better luck asking on a Nissan forum. Guessing it won't be a basic paint code in any case. But I love it just as much as you do.

 

u can google all 3 midnight purples nissan offered...

 

yea, I've found the 3 midnight purples....LP2, LV4 and LXO but there seems to be some differences in what who thinks is what.... some say this one is LXO that why i was hoping who knows about this car can be more specific.

my cousins integra gsr was midnight purple. one of my fav colors.

 

I understood the above skyline to originally be bayside blue which was resprayed with Midnight purple III to give it that blue/purple look.

 

I love that color. It's an OEM color which was only available on '00 GSRs and is called Deep Violet Pearl.

 

boy does this paint look blue, just bought 6 pints of the stuff....guess we'll see what an LXO evo7 looks like in a few weeks fellas
