Update:
My Mom is visiting, so I haven't had much time to do anything to the car. I want to get it washed and waxed, but the damn radiator crapped out. I'm waiting on a couple of parts to finish up the radiator. I'm doing a 1/2 size radiator.
In the mean time I have a crap load of parts that I've been wanting to put on. I have a IX turbo, VR Speed Factory 4" intercooler, Injen UICP and intake, FB 70mm TB, Ported IM (not finished, still porting), Saikou Michi DC3 Dual Catch Can, Miata Battery Tray, -10 AN Lines and fittings for VC to the catch cans, Robispec springs, Whiteline RSB, AEM EGT, etc. I've decided not to put on the IX turbo. I'm going to go with a T3 set up later. So this round I think I'll do the FMIC and Injen UICP and intake.
Here is the VR Speed Factory 4" intercooler installed. Crash beam fits, very close fitment.

This is taking forever. Not because it takes a long time to take off, it's just a bunch of other stuff I had to do first (radiator, fan, intercooler, UICP, etc).

It's getting there. I think I said it doesn't take a long time to pull it off. I lied. It takes about 10-20 minutes a section. The rear passenger side wheel took 30 minutes. I can't get it all off where the lip and the wheel meet, but I'm ok with it.
Here's some pics of what I've done so far.

The matte black that was on your car is pretty bad. Here's one that is done right, it's matte satin black.

I do prefer the BBY, matte black is nice and all but I would get tired of it and want something else pretty quickly.

Here's what I want, especially the ones in the rear

The Enkei's come back in at the lip. I want something that keeps the concave look out to the lip.

ADV.1 ADV10SL This may work, but I don't see many Evo 8/9 with ADV.1 wheels. Is there a reason? I seen some X with them. Is it a performance thing? I'll have to do more research.
