Nice. There any downside to doing this? I've seen that we shouldn't use stainless in the exhaust mani. Anything else like that?

 

Going to try to get the kit finished today. Or atleast get a count of what's needed and sizes. Stand by for an update within the next day or so..

 

Question for you Nut/Bolt Gurus. I recently experienced a galling issue w/ installing SST bolts & nuts (did not use any anti-seize).

Im guessing, when installing these SST bolts, we are not inserting them into a SST nut so galling should not be an issue. Am I thinking correct

niceeeeeee !!! i was gonna do the same thing but i really want those titanium/Neochrome bolts so bad

I now have great motivaion to remove the ****ty bolts and install the bomb proof ones

 

Be SURE to use an anti-seize lube when installing stainless fasteners into aluminum to prevent electrolysis corrosion.
