UPDATE!!

Havent posted much in here lately but i have a couple updates for everyone on the RS. As of right now for mods, the RS has the following:

- Turboback Exhaust
- Intake
- Boost Controller
- Tein S Tech Lowering springs
- 17 x 9.5" +38 RPF1s
- Trying to find a used lower pipe for stock turbo if anyone has one

I just purchased a JMF 02 Dump from Boostin on Thursday. September 17th the car goes into Boostin Performance for the 02 Dump install and a tune from Devin! That same week on Friday, a bunch of us are going to our local track for fun. Sounds crazy, but i want to go 11s with just these mods. Most likely it wont happen, but i would say the car can go bottom 12s. Last night, i threw on a new valve cover thats powder coated candy purple. Pics dont do it justice but its looks great. Here are a few pics and stay tuned for more.

Nice nice man...my car just got flooded

As for the Tein S Techs, ditch them and pick up coilovers or Swift R springs..

I love when an RS slips into the hands of an owner who KNOWS what they are doing. looks Perfect that casual DD look. You were so lucky to find an rs as a daily lol

I'm sorry to hear about your car getting flooded We have had a major drought this summer but all of a sudden this past Sunday we got 3" of rain. Some flooding happened but nothing serious. Sorry to hear man.

The Tein S techs I got from a very close buddy of mine. There not my first choice but the car rides actually pretty good. I am going to change them out in the spring for a set of coilovers. I just don't have the funds right now to do it.

Thanks Man! I was very lucky not going to lie. I was looking for a White Evo for a while and the one i was going to buy, sold on me. Then I get a PM one day on here about this car that was local. Went to go check it out, test drove, made the deal and a week later went to go pick up the car.

Its getting close to exactly how i want it. Going to clean up the engine bay with a few fresh parts and a little changes here and there and thats it. Car runs great! AC blows Ice cold and the Heat works awesome. She's ready for the Chicago weather!!

UPDATE!! 9/5/12

Late last week i picked up a Lower pipe for the RS. I traded a local buddy of mine a stock valve cover for it and i dont know what brand it is. However, it is in really good shape and this will def help the car with some numbers. In a couple weeks, the RS goes to Devin @ Boostin for the 02 Dump, Lower pipe and Tune for the car. That same week on Friday, a bunch of us are going to the track. Goals are to run an 11 sec pass on pump gas, full weight, on a 80K mile stock clutch It probably wont happen, but i might as well set a goal. Stay tuned for more pics and videos!

nice, I think with a good tune you might be closer than you think to that 11 sec pass with some good driving (~1.7is 60ft)

I think it has the possibility of making an 11 sec pass. I would say a 11.9x pass is definetly doable. I wish i had spare cash for a FMIC and upper pipe with a tial but cant do it right now. Will see how it goes in a couple weeks at the track
