UPDATE!! 9/10/12

Quick update on the RS. Saturday i relocated my throttle body cable with my buddy. Looks a lot cleaner that way and the purple valve cover really stands out. Here are the current mods on the car and what is getting put on in a week:

- Intake
- Turboback Exhaust
- Hallman Boost Controller
- Tein S tech Springs
- 17 x 9.5" +38 (Silver) Hancook RS-3's 255/40/17

Next week Monday

- JMF 02 Dump
- Aftermark Lower Intercooler Pipe (dont know the brand)
- Pump gas Tune from Devin @ Boostin Performance

Car is still on a stock clutch and i would like to make an 11 second pass 9/21. The clutch has never been out of the car its whole life. However, the original owner never launched and beat on the car so im hoping it will last for a few passes. I'm going to the track that night with a bunch of my friends for fun so it should be a good time. I am on the hunt right now for a After market Front mount intercooler. I have parts i would like to trade for it so if anyone has one please let me know! Stay tuned for more pics and number updates!

Here's a quick picture of the RS and Junk Box. Both cars are dirty lol. They need to be washed.

Lol I know right, RS is a blast though. Its perfect for a daily driver. Im lucky to find this car being that they are so rare in white. I have a feeling down the road it will be worth a lot of money if taken care of ya know.

Nice pick up Joey. I am pretty sure I saw your new RS at boostin when my IX RS was getting tuned. I thought I had the only WW IX RS around.

Thanks Chris! I think I was there when you picked your RS up but can't remember exactly. Saw a few pics of your car and your car is looking sick man! Love the way that manilfold looks! There's not too many around. I was Lucky enough this local only owner and very clean. Car was bone stock and was never driven hard. I found a gem!

Thanks my car is exactly what I wanted and if you were there when I picked up I am sorry that I didnt say hi. Nobody else has ever worked on my car before. Very nervous leaving it there all day but the results were very worth it. Now I just need to grow some ***** to get the kill mode tune dialed in.

Car looked and sounded great! It definetly made some great power. Can't wait to see what it makes on kill mode. Do you plan on going to the track at all with the car? September 21st which is a Friday, a bunch of us are going up to GLD for fun. I am bringing the RS. Let me know if you can make, should be fun

I also just bought powerslot Front rotors and hawk pads for the front of the RS. The car was in need of some new rotors in the front pretty badly. I thought i might as well get it done before it goes over to Boostin for the work and tune I will be putting them on this Saturday afternoon with my two buddies. Stay tuned for pics and next weeks updates!

UPDATE!!! 3/7/13

Its been awhile since ive updated this thread. I figured I would come back in here and give an update for the car. I addded a few things to the car since my last update in here which was September. Here are the current parts/mods to the car:

- Turboback Exhaust (Buschur SD)
- JMF 02 Housing Dump
- JMF 3" Intake
- AMS Lower intercooler pipe
- AWD D2 Drag Coilovers
- Quarter Master Twin 8 leg clutch (street version)
- Torque Solutions Base shifter bushings
- JDM Rear Bumper
- 17 x 9.5" +38 Enkie RPF1s
- Hancook RS-3 Tires, 255/40/17

So far at this time, that is everything. I had Devin @ Boostin Peformance tune the car. Its made 340whp / 323TQ on 23-24PSI. Car pulls really good for the amount of mods on it. Im looking forward to bringing it to the track for fun next month once the weather breaks.

Here is what I have in store for some future mods:

- AMS small battery kit (I already have)
- Walboro 255 Fuel Pump (I already have)
- Boostin Peformance Upper pipe w/ Tial Flange
- Tial Q BOV
- AMS Front mount
- Re-tune on Pump gas

I plan to go to the track the way the car sits. Then in a month or so, install these new parts, get it tuned then go back to the track. Here's a couple pics of the car the way it sits now.
