Question for wheel gurus??

I have 18x10 ccw with 265/35 nitto nt555r tires only mod is fenders are rolled. My problem is that I can't drop my car to the height I want bcuz it hits the back of the wheel well. I'm guessing if I put 245s will I be able to get to the height I want without hitting/scraping? Any info would help thanks

I would recommend you go on the stance thread and pm a few guys that have similar setup. I'm running 18x10 with 0 offset in the front and I had to run 235 40 18 to be at the height that made me happy. Go on that thread and they will be more then happy to help you...good luck and post up some pics

The OP thinks we only live in the Susp Forum. He may not realize we have full forum access (Edit: I dont think Im allowed in the Stanced thread anymore)

Honestly, best of luck on your search. Youre doing the right thing in getting opinions on what works & what doesnt

I've seen ppl run these wheels with 275-35 just with rolled rears and bolt relocated.

They may have "ran" them but not at the ride height I want to be at the tire will rip the rear bumper right of the car with -3 chamber ccw recommended to me.
What exactly do you mean by bolt relocated

I assume you are talking about the front wheels. Run a 245/35 tire. That should help. I had 18x10 with 265/35 and could never turn full lock because the tire hit the inner wheel well. If you want your car low and your wheels wide, just get used to it, it's just how it is.

Oh lord another person want to make his car into an unfunctional car in the name of hard parking
For pete sake,if you want to run 10" or 10.5" width, please put some meaty tyre
As for how to do that, look into aggressive tyre thread
it is possible to fit 295 into stock body with some careful planning
At the very least, you should run 265 width on 10 to 10.5" rim
Beside, there is something known as suspension travel which need to be accounted
Read more motoiq.com and less stance nation etc
