Very well done on this. I like the location and how it turned out.

Having done body work my self and this being your first time I think you did a very good job on the fiberglass work

Well done! I think we may see a few other show up on the web soon doing the same to their bumpers or something similar.

Thanks,
Dallin
Thanks so much! It was long tedious work but I'm very happy with the results and the new look! To be honest I find it hard to believe that I'm the first to do it.

hey have you got any updated pictures on what the comparison looks like?

I have pondered doing this myself and wonder what the major difference is between just headlights and then just headlights and fogs

thanks!

I can appreciate all the fabrication work put into this. I know whats its like to work with fibreglass, and bog, and sanding.. oh so much bogging & sanding hahah

Didnt like it at first but it grew on me quickly. Def different & unique! Good luck on your future rally events

How did I miss this thread.

man great work!!

I like how you can see the older roots in the design. Personally I would have to have another to switch to for street duties but what more can you ask for in you rally events

Again Great Work!!!

I'm glad you can see the V look in it since that's what I was going for. In fact I just purchased a legit 1998 Evo V which will be replacing my VIII once I get it fixed up.

Don't like this at all, sorry but the "newer" style chassis of the ix does not suit those big round fogs like the evo 6 did. Nice trying something different tho!

No worries. Everyone has their own taste.

Since I now have an actual Evo V I desided to take a side by side with my custom made bumper and the factory V bumper. Pretty neat.

i really like it, you just need a couple more "rally mods" to bring it all together

Thanks man! It also has Rally Armor mud flaps and rear window vents. That won't be an issue with my V though since it was previously a stage rally car, lol!
