It's not really that bad. Once you get them out of the car, strip them down, bulbs, sockets, rubber boots, etc..... Then, heat your oven to 225 degrees, I found a large baking sheet/pan to set the light on, put it in the oven for about 13 to 15 mins. Pull it out, I set mine on a large piece of cardboard to work with it, take a small flat head and gently pry up the tabs around the perimeter of the housing where they meet the clear lens. Start in one corner and gently pull the lens from the housing. Use one consistant pull motion and it will separate. I wish I wouldn't have been lazy and would've taken some pics or had my wife video the job. You can also check out this Youtube video, very helpful. Good luck man, you can do it.
