17" x 9" +35 on Swifts... 255/45R17, or 265/40R17?

For a while, I was on MR Bilsteins with GTWorx springs with otherwise stock suspension. Front camber was -1.4 deg and rear was -1.2 deg. +35, +32, and +30 mm all worked with no rubbing. The GTWorx springs produce a fairly mild drop (<1 inch at the front and maybe 1/2 inch at the rears), so that may have helped with not needing any rolling.
Now I'm on Ohlins R&T along with an offset rear pivot for the front control arms. The offset pivot kicks the front wheels forward and outward slightly. Camber is -1.9 deg at the front and -1.5 deg at the rear. The car is dropped a bit more as well. Probably 1.25" at the front and 1" at the rear compared to stock. Zero rubbing issues with +35 and +32 mm. I have not tried +30 mm, but I think it wouldn't rub either.
I have not ever tried checking clearance with springs or shocks removed, but I'm on very light spring rates with the R&Ts (7 kg/mm at all corners) and I routinely transport my family of four around town and have never had any rubbing issues at all.
Keep in mind the fact that I'm running ASUHP that do run a bit more narrow than max performance tires. I could imagine that a max performance 255 could require +35 mm offset to clear the fenders (and would probably just barely clear my R&Ts at the front).

I currently run Michelin Pilot Super Sports, on 17x9.5 +32 Weds TC105Ns.. these tires run very thin. I wish I would of went with 265/40s. Car is currently on Swift Spec Rs. No rubbing at all. Camber is at -1.8 F, -1.5 rears.
just showing comparison and optional other tire if you wanted to run the wider size you mentioned earlier but on a different tire.
I will lower the car a tad bit more once I get some Fortune Autos later this summer.
pics below to show how thin they run..
