Rotating BFG kdws tires................

Does anybody know if there are any issues as far as rotating the BFG kdws's? They are NOT directional, right? In other words there is no need to rotate them front to back like the Advans, they could be rotated diagonally? Thanks

That tire is directional, so you can only go front to rear on the same side. If you take them off of the wheels you can move them to opposite sides, but that can cost a lot in the end.

Thank you! Those guys at Costco had no clue, they wanted to rotate diagonaly. I guess thats what I get for not going to Tire Rack.

No problem If you need something to print out and show them, we have a tire rotation guide here: Tire Rotation Guide

I have KDWS that tire is not directional. You can rotate it on the diagonal.

Neal, check again, they are asmetrical but not directional.

There are two different KDW designs, which they call new tread and old tread

KDW is not the same tire as the KDWS. KDWS has a M&S rating.

My fault. Here's how it goes..

Max Perf Summer

g-Force T/A KD - Asy & Dir tread design. Has specific lefts and rights. Can rotate same side only if same size front/rear.

Ultra High Performance Summer

g-Force Sport - Dir tread design. Same side rotation if same size, or can be put on opposite side if dismounted from wheels.

g-Force T/A KDW - Dir tread design. Same rotation rules apply ^

g-Force T/A KDW-2 - Dir tread design. Same rotation rules apply ^

Ultra High Performance All-Season

g-Force T/A KDWS - Asy tread design. Can be rotated any position as long as the tires are mounted correctly on the wheels. Required to say "This side out" or, "Mount out" etc etc.
